Dr. David Anderson comes from a multigenerational family of distinguished physicians, which instilled in him a deep-rooted passion for serving and caring for others from a young age. Although he didn’t envision himself following the path of a physician, a family member suggested exploring dentistry. This advice led him to discover his true calling, and we are thrilled he is part of the Ascent Dental team!

Dr. Anderson holds a BS in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and earned his DMD from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. He furthered his training with a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. With 33 years of experience, Dr. Anderson has honed his skills across a wide range of dental specialties, including cosmetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, dental implants, dentures, general/preventative dentistry, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, sleep dentistry, teeth whitening, tooth injuries/emergency dentistry, and veneers.

Dr. Anderson’s favorite part of his profession is the opportunity to help his patients look and feel better, boosting their confidence and overall well-being. His dedication to patient care and his commitment to excellence are evident in every aspect of his practice. Patients can expect good listening, empathy, and excellent care from Dr. Anderson and his team.
